About the Program
This six-month programme equipped a team of 5 University of Ghana scholars to develop OnionGuard; an AI- powered mobile application for onion disease detection, farmer-to-buyer marketplace connectivity, and consumer food safety assessment. The team were involved in field surveys, mentorship training and capacity building
